We only use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Coolights.com site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic email or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Coolights.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Credit Cards & PayPal

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Coolights.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). We will only ship to an address that is on record with your credit provider. Credit card transactions are not immediately billed against your account. Instead your credit card is "Authorized" for the purchase amount. Authorizing the transaction reserves the funds for Coolights.com. Then, right before your order ships, the funds are captured and Coolights.com is "paid".

For PayPal payments, we will only ship to a buyer's confirmed address. PayPal payments are immediately "paid" to Coolights.com.

Use Caution When Placing Your Order. If you provide us with incorrect shipping or billing information it will cause a delay in the processing of and delivery of your order. Additionally, using incorrect billing and/or credit card information can cause your order to be rejected. This is an automated safety feature in place by the credit card processing companies and is in place for your protection. Also, attempting to place your order multiple times with incorrect information can cause multiple "Authorizations" to be posted to your credit card account. Coolights.com has no control over this policy which is governed by your credit card company.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

Coolights.com accepts money orders in US Dollars only. We do not accept personal or company checks... sorry. Simply select 'money order' during your checkout and then mail us your payment. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order.

Shipping Policy

All products are dropshipped directly to you from one of the manufactures warehouses. Coolights.com offers FREE shipping via UPS Ground on all orders over $125 shipped within the continental USA. Of course, if you'd rather pay for expedited shipping, just contact us for a personalized shipping quote.

*Please Note:

We will ONLY ship to a billing address that is on record with your credit provider and a signature of someone living at that address WILL BE REQUIRED for delivery of your order.

Shipping Time

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays except by prior arrangement.

Most orders take 4-9 days for delivery but we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Coolights.com or other parties only as an estimate. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order or you can log into your account and check the status at any time. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Coolights.com ships to all 50 United States, US Territores, APO's and to all Canadian Providences.

Product Packaging

Our return/exchange policy requires that all items must be in their original packaging. For this reason we strongly advise that you keep all packaging for the full duration of your warranty period.

Out-of-Stock Products / Backorders

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship within 1-2 business days. However, there may be times when the manufacturer is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. This is beyond our Coolights.coms' control. We will keep you informed via email of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You will always be given the option to have your order remain on back order or you may cancel your back order at any time prior to it shipping. Items on back order can take up to 4-8 weeks for delivery.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to it shipping by sending us an email, calling us or using our online contact form. Orders canceled after they have already been shipped will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs incurred by Coolights.com.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus shipping charges (if applicable). Orders from multiple manufacturers are shipped seperately.

Taxes

Coolights.com does not charge taxes (or handling fees!) on any US order EXCEPT in the State of Florida. Since we are a Florida based corporation we are required by Florida law to collect sales tax on any deliveries to Florida. For orders shipped to Canada, you are solely responsible for all VAT, GST and Customs charges.

Exchanges

We will only accept the exchange of products due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for exchange for 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchanges must be accompanied by an RGA number issued by Coolights.com.

Refunds

Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase (minus a 25% re-stocking fee and all shipping costs incurred by Coolights.com) only if they have not been installed, damaged, used or modified in any way. All refunds must be accompanied by an RGA number issued by Coolights.com. All refunds are subject to a full inspection before any refund is given.

Warranty

Warranty is for exchange only. All products (except LED tail lights) come with a 30 day warranty against manufacturers defects. LED tail lights come with a 1 year warranty against defects and LED outtages. No refunds will be issued on products that have already been installed or damaged in any way. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an RGA number issued by Coolights.com.

**When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with your personal RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Products received without a valid RGA and original packaging will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer with all claims. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for issuance of your RGA number. Please allow up to 3 weeks to process your return or exchange once it has been received at the warehouse.

NOTE: We strongly advise you to keep your factory OEM lights in case you need to exchange your purchase. This way you'll have something to use while you wait for your replacement.

Damaged Items

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect and meticulously package all products prior to shipping. If your product arrives damaged you must sign for the shipment as 'received damaged'. The shipping company will then be responsible for the damaged item. After signing for and receiving the part, contact us and we will assist you with the damage claim and part replacement process. Please have your order number ready.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Coolights.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Coolights.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Coolights.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
